Scope:
Primary focus on integrating and optimizing e-commerce and inventory management systems
Develop a comprehensive solution that connects all aspects of the wholesale distribution process
Create scalable and maintainable integration solutions that can be managed internally after project completion
Collaborate closely with company leadership to ensure solutions align with business objectives
Potential to expand role to include creative design elements for user interfaces, if applicable
Responsibilities:
Integrate multiple e-commerce and inventory management systems including Shopify, Zoho Inventory, HubSpot, and TrackTrace
Develop and implement Zapier workflows and API connections to create a cohesive ecosystem
Analyze current processes and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency in wholesale distribution operations
Collaborate with management to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure data consistency and accuracy across all integrated platforms
Optimize e-commerce workflows specific to optometry and ophthalmology product distribution
Document system architectures, integration processes, and workflow designs
Requirements:
Proven experience in e-commerce systems integration, particularly with Shopify, Zoho, and HubSpot
Strong proficiency in using Zapier for creating automated workflows between applications
Solid understanding of API integrations and data mapping concepts
Experience in wholesale distribution processes, preferably in healthcare-related industries
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically about business processes
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
