Responsibilities
- Perform architectural design work on the integration of WorkForce Software’s solutions with customer applications such as SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP, etc. with occasional direction
- Educate customers on best practices in implementation of WFS Product Suite
- Help lead integration sessions with the customer to gather technical requirements for interfaces to support the business processes
- Responsible for integration architecture and strategy across the enterprise
- Collaborate with Integration Engineers to ensure that proper support procedures, configuration procedures, and policies are developed and maintained to integrate enterprise software packages
- Work with other architects to advise projects teams on how to design, develop, and integrate components for their specific area of software expertise
- Create or support the creation of all WorkForce Product Suite Architecture related documents including business requirements and solution documentation
- Import data and conduct troubleshooting to make basic design modifications to import and export files as required by manipulating XML/JSON files
- Engage in designing and hands on development, deployment, and maintenance of integrations between applications across cloud and/or on-premises environment using Web Services (SOAP, REST, etc.)
- Support deployment of WorkForce Software solution to production, for use by client’s general end users
- Understand WFS Suite SSO configuration and adhere to its requirements (e.g.: how to file support tickets for External SSO to manage/retain database authentication with)
- Continuously improve WorkForce Software Product solution skills by staying updated with the latest WorkForce Management Software enhancements
- Maintain WFS Product Suite certifications required
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years working with SQL and writing complex queries
- Minimum 5-7 years working with JavaScript, HTML, or other scripting tools
- Software integration experience is required
- Hands on design, development, deployment, and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premises using (Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs)
- Experience in integrating the systems using Web Services (SOAP, REST, etc.)
- Familiarization with claims-based authentication such as SAML/OAuth, MFA, etc.
- Familiarized with network, identity, services, and data transport mechanisms.
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies and current computing trends.
- Knowledge of OCI, Azure experience is preferred
- Software architecture and integration experience is mandatory
- Experience in using services and hosting solutions such as private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms
- Experience working with and manipulating XML/JSON
- Familiarity with or background in HR, Payroll, or Workforce Management, SAP, Oracle PeopleSoft is preferred
Travel
- Possibility to travel up to 10-20%, with potential for international travel
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
