It is anticipated that an incumbent in this role will work onsite for three (3) or more days a week and will have a dedicated workspace when working onsite. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.
This role will be pivotal in driving strategic and business development initiatives to create a high-performing Wealth & Institutional Services Group. This role will act as a change agent and thought leader on strategic visioning and experience for the Wealth & Institutional organization. This position will work collaboratively across Wealth Management, FNBO, and the industry to identify areas of opportunity, based on client need, and work to develop strategies and tactics to monetize differentiated client-focused solutions. It is essential that this role works across critical functions to include product owners, customer experience, technology, finance, risk, marketing and human resources to ensure that operationalization of initiatives aligns to client need and organizational goals.
About This Role:
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Wealth & Institutional leadership team to refine and execute growth strategies for enhancing sales productivity to grow the business through strategic business development initiatives.
- Conduct analyses and gather feedback to identify gaps in knowledge, skills, or abilities of employees. Serve as a talent coach helping to craft and execute plans to close these gaps acting as a change agent instilling a culture of continuous improvement and execution excellence.
- Partner with Wealth & Institutional leaders to define and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Monitor and evaluate KPIs and OKRs for alignment to goals, making necessary adjustments as needed. Take a data-driven approach to demonstrate return on investment and impact to the business.
- Develop materials and synthesize data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), present findings and projections, with recommended strategies and solutions to achieve substantial optimal business performance and drive measurable outcomes.
- In partnership with leadership, focus on identifying, creating, and delivering experiences to clients which will deliver long term competitive advantage, manage risk and maximize value to the business.
- Maintain an external mindset, including being well-informed of evolving market conditions, competitive pressures, technological advances and customer trends. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, influencers and vendors to understand the increasingly complex and competitive landscape of the Wealth industry.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility across the enterprise while challenging the status quo.
- Promote and foster a collaborative culture with connection and alignment to the Wealth & Institutional Services goals and outcomes. Align with leaders across the enterprise to connect intersecting strategies to FNBO goals.
- Implement best practices, policies, and cross-business initiatives aimed at creating organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and an improved client experience.
- Oversee key initiatives and project management for the Wealth & Institutional organization to ensure the coordination of projects working across business lines for successful implementation.
The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 7+ years of related experience
- Previous strategic planning experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of business operations and processes to understand potential impacts.
- Highly collaborative and demonstrated ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds and abilities across multiple functions.
- A strong leadership profile with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Superior communication skills, both verbal and written with the capacity to articulate complex ideas, challenges and designs to influence varied audiences.
- Proven sound business judgment and ability to think through complex business issues.
- Adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment with the ability to lead, prioritize and execute on multiple, simultaneous priorities and initiatives through collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Compensation:
Compensation range (base pay): $93,977.00-$159,762.00
Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
