Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual . . .

To join our team as a Field Representative! You will be a local on-site program and company representative. This role supports our Residential Reach Out program that focuses on management of products in retail stores. This is a role that is externally facing and focuses on building relationships in local markets, managing in-store displays, and recording visit details.  

To be considered for this role you must be based in San Antonio, Texas for frequent travel within the area. (Company Vehicle Provided)

• Promote energy efficient products to retail associates and consumers through in- store merchandising, promotions and training.

• Schedule promotional events and document customer and contractor interaction adhering to program requirements

• Act as a local, on-site program and company representative to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers

• Build and maintain current accounts

• Follow up with program staff to report findings of program objectives

• Record data and information on a company-provided laptop computer

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• Focus on customer service satisfaction “How can I help you?” attitude

• 0-1 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service

• High school graduate or GED required

• Spanish speaking is preferred but not required

Type of Work 

• Ability to work in-person visiting multiple stores a day (this is not a work-from-home position; you will be in the field servicing stores)

Physical Nature of the Job 

• Bending, crouching, kneeling 

• Ability to lift, carry or push up to 50 pounds occasionally

Driving (Company Vehicle Provided)

• Are at least 21 years of age 

• Valid driver's license in the state you are seeking employment in, with a driving record that meets CLEAResult’s minimum safety standard
