Location: Kansas City, MO -Hybrid

What You Will Get To Do:
- Manage those that facilitate ACHs, shareholder wires, international and custody wires, along with reporting to custody/fund accounting
- Manage those that reconcile and or research money movement activity, trading, fund sponsor/wire house sales logs, and bank accounts
- Establish procedures, project plans, and coordinate work as needed between transfer agency teams
- Work with various transfer agency systems to enhance processes and create automation as needed
- Coordinates with senior management on critical cross-departmental or functional issues, removing barriers to operational success
- Establishes operations objectives and provides strong tactical leadership
- Accountable for the results of one or more functions groups within the team
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years financial industry experience
- Intermediate level MS Office skills
- 2 years management experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Oral and Written skills
