About the Customer Experience Specialist – Asana Experiments:

MarketStar is looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to support our Asana Experiments team. Asana is a leader in the work management category. As a Customer Success Experiments Representative, you will support a book of business made up of North American accounts, conducting 1:1 calls to improve utilization of their accounts, experimenting in different industries to identify areas of high potential. You will leverage change management strategies, project/work management skills, and deep product knowledge to consult our customer base on how to best use Asana for their specific needs.

Location: Utah Remote

What Will You Do?

  • Conduct 1:1 calls with clients within an existing book of business to optimize their accounts and improve conversions and key metrics.

  • Lead a 1:1 customer outreach process that will include calls and emails with the intent of building and managing external customer relationships to optimize accounts

  • Work with existing Asana customers to build brand awareness and increase their usage and spend with the client brand we represent

  • Use client provided and self- guided training resources to stay up to date on knowledge of the Asana platform and product offerings

  • Use data to manage, review and report on pipeline to manager each week, which includes a forecast and plan to achieve targets

  • Attain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets

  • Record customer interactions and engagement in CRM

  • Build and manage both Internal MarketStar team and external client counterpart relationships

  • Prepare and run regularly scheduled performance reviews monthly/quarterly/yearly with internal MarketStar peers and leadership

  • Use data to drive planning and success

  • Internally and externally provide customer sentiment insights including product feedback, key industry learnings, etc.

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • One year of account management/customer success, B2B sales experience, or equivalent; Asana experience highly preferred

  • Strong time and project management organizational skills

  • Proficiency with using Microsoft Office and/or Google Suites

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships

  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills

  • Experience with setting and exceeding sales goals

  • Able to multi-task, manage time effectively and adapt to change

  • Able to analyze and interpret data to develop and implement strategic plans is preferred

  • Tech savvy with an affinity for innovative and emerging technology; familiarity with CRMs preferred
