Pollardwater, a division of Ferguson, is seeking a talented individual to lead our marketing efforts. The associate in this role will lead the branding of Pollardwater and develop a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance customer engagement, fuel business growth, and strengthen brand recognition in digital, print, and in-person environments.

This associate will report directly to the Ferguson Waterworks Director of Digital Strategy and work in close partnership with the Pollardwater Product Team, Marketing Brand and Creative, Integrated Media, Customer Experience, and Marketing Analytics teams to ensure consistent messaging and strategic alignment across the business. They will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategy and driving a variety of marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will be well-rounded, with the ability to balance a diverse range of initiatives, including graphic design, copy, social media, email, project management, digital and print media, trade shows, and event coordination.

Location:

This role is approved to be either Remote within the United States or Hybrid in Newport News, VA, in accordance with company policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement marketing initiatives for customer audiences across the business, which includes eCommerce, digital campaigns, print media, direct mail, social media, email, customer events, and other national / regional marketing.

  • Spearhead marketing initiatives across digital and e-commerce platforms, driving growth through innovative campaigns, content creation, social media, direct mail, email, and events.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to lead customer and industry outreach, crafting compelling digital content, implementing high-impact product promotions, and handling omnichannel marketing activities to ensure timely delivery and measurable results.

  • Own the marketing calendar, ensuring perfect execution of campaigns by coordinating production schedules, tracking deliverables, and leading all aspects of events with precision.

  • Strategically partner with leadership to enhance customer outreach through sophisticated digital tools, targeted advertising, performance marketing, and key sponsorship opportunities.

  • Champion effective communication with associates to ensure alignment on company marketing initiatives, collaborating with operations and sales teams to develop and implement innovative sales enablement tools.

  • Leverage data insights with the Marketing Insights & Analytics team to generate performance reports, driving optimizations and future marketing strategies.

  • Maintain a comprehensive documentation process, supporting quarterly supplier meetings, monthly presentations, and annual performance reviews to ensure strategic alignment and ongoing success.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety guidelines, fostering clear, efficient communication with internal teams, leadership, and external partners.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent channel marketing work experience.

  • 5-7 years’ experience in eCommerce/digital marketing preferred.

  • Possess good oral and written communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

  • Skilled in basic graphic design

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work with many people throughout the organization.

  • Digital marketing, e-commerce with project management experience is a plus.

  • Independent, highly organized and thrive working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects with excellent attention to detail and on-time delivery.

  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 Software is a requirement: Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, etc.

Actual pay rate may vary depending upon location. The estimated pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on a candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
