Salary Range: 30,000 - 45,000 + HMO Benefits with Maxicare

We are seeking a Healthcare Representative experienced in Zendesk to manage patient inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and document interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat using Zendesk.

- Document and resolve issues, ensuring accurate patient records.

- Assist with appointments, treatment plans, and healthcare services.

- Monitor patient satisfaction and report key metrics.

- Stay updated on healthcare regulations and provide accurate information.

Qualifications:

- Experience in healthcare customer service, with proficiency in Zendesk.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with healthcare terminology and patient privacy regulations.

- Empathy and professionalism in handling patient concerns.

Preferred:

Experience in a healthcare setting and knowledge of Zendesk’s communication channels.
