Product Manager

For our Product & Technology team we are looking for an experienced Product Manager who will work in the Finance domain. 

Functional responsibilities:

• Super-deep understanding of processes/tools/teams work in the Finance domain. Address and simplify complex regulatory, accounting, and operational challenges across regions. Oversee and develop integrations between ERP, accounting software, banking systems, and payment platforms.
• Participate actively in product architecture, features design and task prioritization
• Analyze, discuss processes, workflows and software usage with stakeholders and come up with solutions (mockups, specs, tickets, etc.) and improvements
• Coordinate feature release: development, testing, release notes & docs, rollout and usage tracking & support, educating the teams on released features
  
  Requirements for applicants:

• Product management experience, result-oriented approach, strong communication skills, taste for good software and UX. Experience with mixed (in-house/outsourced) and geographically diverse teams with structured workflow is an advantage
• Deep understanding of web technology stack. Past experience in coding (Python, Ruby, JS, etc.) is an advantage. Solid basic SQL knowledge is a must
• Finance and IT experience, proven ability to bridge the gap between financial processes and technical implementation.
• Strong English language skills, ability to explain things, to participate in video calls, to write documentation in English is a must
• Ready to work in a startup environment with continuously evolving goals

Languages:

• English: you should be able to hold a confident verbal and written communication
• Russian: most tech team is Russian native speakers, so this language is essential too
