Job Description:

We’re seeking a passionate and visionary Engineering Leader to lead the charge in delivering an exceptional in-app experience. This role focuses on scaling our consumer app, building a world-class engineering team, and crafting innovative digital experiences that resonate deeply with our users.

Responsibilities

Own the In-App User Experience

  • Lead App Development: Drive the design, development, and optimization of our consumer-facing mobile app, ensuring an intuitive and delightful user experience.

  • Feature Development: Drive the creation of new in-app features, including guided wellness journeys, personalized recommendations, and real-time insights.

  • Seamless User Experience: Champion the creation of a frictionless, engaging app experience that brings the benefits of our product to life for users.

  • Scalability: Ensure the app can scale effectively while maintaining a high-quality experience as our user base grows globally.

Lead and Build a World-Class Engineering Team

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead an engineering team that embodies creativity, technical excellence, and a passion for mental health innovation.

  • Culture Building: Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that values curiosity, continuous learning, and a commitment to making a difference.
