We are looking for a BI & Analytics specialist! You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

Leap is one of the major transformation programs currently at Pernod Ricard. It is focused on designing and build our future proof ERP system, enabling harmonization of all transactional processes across the Group.

We are seeking a skilled BI & Analytics Specialist to play a pivotal role in the reporting and analytics workstream of our ERP transformation project. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement advanced reporting solutions, ensuring stakeholders have access to timely, accurate, and actionable insights. This role will help aligning the organization’s analytics capabilities with the new SAP to be deployed

Your key missions:

  • You will design and develop robust, scalable, and visually compelling reports and dashboards using Pernod Ricard Global Data platform based on PowerBI and compliant with Pernod Ricard Tech Data guidelines

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and translate reporting requirements into functional specifications.

  • You will work closely with LEAP teams to understand data flows, structures, and integration points for reporting.

  • You will ensure smooth data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from the ERP system into the BI platform.

  • You will partner with functional leads and subject matter experts to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

  • You will provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of BI tools and reports

  • You will establish and enforce data governance principles for reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy.

  • You will conduct rigorous testing and validation of reports and dashboards.

  • You will monitor and optimize the performance of reporting solutions, ensuring timely delivery of insights.

  • You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools, data models, or performance.

  • You will create detailed documentation, including data dictionaries, report specifications, and user guides.

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, and 3/5 years of experience

  • Strong proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP DataSphere, Azure Data Fabric, Power BI).

  • Advanced knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and SQL.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and understanding of ERP systems.

  • Data governance and data quality management expertise.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
