What you will do

As the Automation Analyst, you will play an essential role in supporting the Commercial Data Automation & AI Strategy Manager by executing routine operational tasks and driving automation initiatives. You’ll have a chance to gain hands-on experience in sales process automation, data-driven outreach, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual looking to jump-start their career in automation, data strategy, and AI.

  • Support Operational Tasks: Handle routine operational tasks such as tracking and reporting on sales activities, conducting Groove audits, and managing user support/training.
  • Implement Automation: Assist in identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness across sales processes.
  • Drive Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into outreach strategies for various sales segments (Indy, Group, Chain, DMO, Enterprise).
  • Manage Tools & Systems: Help maintain and optimize internal tools and systems, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to continuous improvements.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Sales, Data Science, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to support automation and ensure smooth execution of cross-functional initiatives.

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Basic knowledge of automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., Clari, Google App Scripts, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting metrics is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
