Clinical Sales (m/f/d) – Switzerland

Region: Vaud, Valais, Neuchâtel, Jura, Genève, Fribourg


The Clinical Sales is an important source of providing medical device information to clinicians, based on best product knowledge shall maximize customer satisfaction by interacting directly with customers to understand the customer's needs in order to provide the best fit portfolio and to build up sustainable, beneficial customer relationships.


Activities :

  • Demonstrates expertise for all Medline products.
  • Regular visits of all active and potential customers in own area to build up customer relationships and maximize sales.
  • Gather new opportunities and liase with Account Managers to realize gains from these.
  • Presentation of products to the potential customers.
  • Works closely with the medical staff of the hospitals that use our products.
  • Provides and trains product instructions for use including being present in the operating theatre.
  • Support the sales team to achieve the sales goals in an assigned territory.
  • Manages customer’s feedback on the products, including post-market surveillances and product complaints.
  • Observe market, report market trends and assists in developing plans for sale.


Profile :

  • Experience as an operating theatre nurse.
  • Growth mindset and agility.
  • Ambition and goal-orientated way of working.
  • Solution-orientation, high empathy and conflict resolution skills.
  • High degree of independence and organization.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Confident knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications and written and spoken French and English.
  • Driving licence and willingness to travel (80%).
