Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them optimise their use of our innovative cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, implementation, and support, to ensure our clients achieve maximum value from their investment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.
Provide expert guidance on the configuration, customisation, and integration of solutions.
Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions that align with client objectives.
Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
Deliver technical training and documentation to clients and internal teams.
Stay current with industry trends and updates to offer innovative solutions.
Act as a liaison between clients and development and product teams to influence product improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or software implementation.
Proficiency in cloud platforms, APIs, and integration frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity with legal accounting and billing products or similar platforms is a plus.
