Who we need:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a sales or VIP manager role with call-based interactions.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales using various sales methodologies.
- Stress Management: Ability to handle diverse cases with high stress tolerance.
- Active Sales: Experience in active sales.
- Language Skills: High level of spoken Turkish, knowledge of Russian is a plus.



Key responsibilities:

- Client Interaction: Engage daily with VIP clients via phone, email, and messengers to build trusting relationships.
- Sales Methodologies: Use sales techniques and strong communication skills to enhance client loyalty.
- Performance Improvement: Continuously find and implement ways to maximize sales results.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with their queries and inform them about current promotions and offers.
- Reporting Issues: Notify the manager and related departments of any technical issues to improve user loyalty.
