You’ll be the go-to expert for finding, screening, and securing top talent for social media-oriented roles. Your responsibilities will include:

Headhunting Like a Pro: Tap into your network of social media professionals and industry contacts to scout and connect with the best talent out there.

Crafting Killer Screening Processes: Design efficient tasks and assessments that quickly surface key skills and insights while respecting candidates’ time.

Owning the Pipeline: Manage the recruitment funnel from start to finish—sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing the deal.

Tailoring for Social: Focus on roles that demand a deep understanding of social media, from strategy to content to data analysis, ensuring we hire the best fit every time.

Streamlining Recruitment: Elevate our recruitment process to ensure it's effective, fast, and gets out brand message across, cutting through the fluff to deliver real results.
