What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the go-to expert for finding, screening, and securing top talent for social media-oriented roles. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Headhunting Like a Pro: Tap into your network of social media professionals and industry contacts to scout and connect with the best talent out there.
  2. Crafting Killer Screening Processes: Design efficient tasks and assessments that quickly surface key skills and insights while respecting candidates’ time.
  3. Owning the Pipeline: Manage the recruitment funnel from start to finish—sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing the deal.
  4. Tailoring for Social: Focus on roles that demand a deep understanding of social media, from strategy to content to data analysis, ensuring we hire the best fit every time.
  5. Streamlining Recruitment: Elevate our recruitment process to ensure it's effective, fast, and gets out brand message across, cutting through the fluff to deliver real results.
  6. Collaborating Across Teams: Work with leadership and department heads to define role requirements, align on priorities and budgets, and deliver on hiring timelines and goals.
