Mission:
As an Architect in Salesforce Support, your mission is to contribute to the successful delivery of Salesforce-related projects by assisting in the design and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions. You will collaborate with the Senior Salesforce Architect and other team members to ensure that integration designs meet business needs and adhere to best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing Salesforce-based solutions that align with business requirements.
- Collaborate with the Senior Salesforce Architect on integration designs, ensuring seamless connectivity between Salesforce and other systems.
- Support the development of technical documentation, including solution designs and integration specifications.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Assist in testing and validating Salesforce implementations to ensure functionality and performance.
- Stay updated on Salesforce features, best practices, and new releases to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionalities and capabilities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components) is a plus.
- Knowledge of integration concepts and methodologies (e.g., REST, SOAP APIs).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced English level.
Nice to Haves:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce AppExchange products or third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Understanding of data modeling and database concepts related to Salesforce.
