Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated, top talent professional with a passion for youth sports to conceive, establish, and lead the Sales effort for Unrivaled Sports’ expansion into flag football and lacrosse experiences such as tournaments, camps, and showcases. This person will play a critical role in shaping a more robust and cohesive go-to-market strategy across Unrivaled Sports’ existing Football businesses, developing and leading our go-to-market execution, deepening and expanding on our current relationships, developing new business, and driving our growth.
This role requires a sales professional with 8-10 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to collaborate, be pro-active, and deliver results in a sustainable, brand-enhancing manner. This role collaborates across the Unrivaled Football & Lacrosse team and the Unrivaled Sports Sales team, as well as interacting with commissioners, coaches, and parents in youth leagues, and administrators and coaches at the college level and among professional sports leagues. The role requires a fair amount of travel, and flexibility to work some weekends around key youth sports events.
