Nature of Work
The Tackle Warehouse Invitationals / Toyota Series Assistant tows the tournament trailer to the tournament location and helps facilitate the event with the Tournament Director during weigh-in. This position requires a CDL license.
Examples of Work Performed
- Pulling tournament equipment to and from event
- Setup of weigh-in location
- Various job duties during pretournament registration, i.e. managing giveaways, obtaining liability releases from tournament participants
- Setup and performing boat check for tournament takeoff
- Tournament weigh-in duties including but not limited to checking the length of each fish to confirm length minimums set by Tournament Director or state law
- Loading of equipment onto trailer after weigh-in is complete
- Maintaining driving requirements to pull equipment, i.e. CDL, DOT regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Biology, or Hospitality
- Minimum 1+ years professional experience within competitive tournament bass fishing
- CDL License
Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Must possess essential organizational, interpersonal and communications skills, especially the ability to communicate effectively via phone, e-mail and text.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel, are required.
- Interest in Bass Fishing Industry
