Job description

The Role:

We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team on a permanent basis.

Key activities:
• Reconciliation of stock at all UK, EU & US warehouses
• Logistics monthly reporting pack.
• Liaising with our 3PL providers in the UK, EU & US, lead weekly meetings and proactively monitor and ensure adherence to KPIs.
• Working closely with Logistic Manager on projects.
• Cost & data analysis of current and historical trends.
• Identify areas of improvement and drive change to SOPs.
• Recognizing business-critical logistic updates and informing key stakeholders.
• Validation of logistics invoices from 3PLs & freight forwarders.
• Documenting processes.
• Responsible for resolving stock issues, order administration & system accuracy.
• Oversight of end-to-end order processing, stock movements & allocations
• Liaising with freight forwarders, providing customs with the necessary paperwork for goods to be received in UK, EU & US from HK.
• Overseeing the annual stock takes across all locations.


Location:

This role will mainly be “Work from Home” with attendance at the London Bridge office required twice a week. There will also be the potential need for occasional travel within UK and Europe.




Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Pro-active problem solver who does not require micro-managing.
• Self-starter with an understanding of priorities / good use of initiative
• An organised multitasker with the ability to prioritise and a strong eye for detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel.
• Previous experience in Logistics/Supply Chain/Operations required.
• An interest in music is essential!

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 per annum
