ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in one of our offices in Sydney, the Clinical Practice Advisor position offers an exciting opportunity for a experience Speech Pathologist to take on a leadership role within a dynamic and flexible working environment. In this role, you will independently manage your own caseload while providing exceptional clinical training to Speech Pathologists throughout the state. You will leverage your advanced professional expertise to support complex clinical cases, ensuring the highest quality care for our clients. Additionally, you will offer expert clinical supervision, guiding and inspiring a dedicated team in Victoria. If you’re an experienced Speech Pathologist passionate about advancing your skills and expertise in working with adults, we would love to hear from you and explore how you can contribute to our teams in Parramatta, Alexandria or anywhere in Sydney.

ABOUT YOU

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology 
  • 5+ years’ experience working as a Speech Pathologist 
  • NDIS Experience Essential
  • Advanced knowledge in Adults 
  • Experience with developing and/or delivering clinical education to health professionals 
  • Experience with clinical supervision, particularly for Early Career Therapists 
  • Capacity to apply high-level professional skills and judgement to complex clinical caseloads 
  • SPA Registration 
  • NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply) 
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and able to travel with your own vehicle
