Job description

Customer Support
• Quickly respond to customer queries through email, chat, phone and CRM with a professional touch
• Offer the right information and solutions to solve customer concerns
• Support customers with bookings, rescheduling and cancelling appointments, events and classes
• Help customers with their orders, from how to place them to tracking and returns.
• Get to the bottom of customer issues, escalating complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
• Spot patterns in customer concerns and work with the team to solve them
• Collect customer feedback to pinpoint how we can up our game
• Use insights from feedback to help the team make our service even better

Product Knowledge
• Know our products and services inside out to help customers effectively
• Keep up with the latest on what we offer, including any new deals or changes

Administrative Support
• Maintain the quality and currency of customer data in our CRM system
• Support communications with staff and vendors
• Coordinate events and travel
• Assist with service delivery (e.g. preparing letters and documents etc.)
• Stock and product ordering
• Data entry, payroll processing, and other general office admin tasks
• Assist with improving processes and systems

Research and Data Management
• Assist with low level research to support business growth
