Job description

  • Manage and organize emails and calendar schedules, ensuring efficient communication and timely responses.
  • Accurately input and maintain records and data, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and supporting the finance team with routine financial tasks.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist with the preparation of payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments.
  • Prepare and issue quotations for clients, ensuring all details are accurate and aligned with company standards.
  • Support the preparation of tender applications, ensuring all required documents and information are submitted on time.
  • Conduct regular checks and updates for ongoing projects and rosters, ensuring adherence to schedules and resource availability.
  • Support business needs as required.
