Job description

Job Title:
Senior Talent Delivery Lead/Recruiter

Role Summary:
As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality IT talent solutions to our clients. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to identify their talent needs and provide them with the right talent solutions to achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their talent needs and provide consultative advice on talent acquisition strategies, particularly in the areas of AI, Automation, Data, Cloud & Security DevOps, Software Development. We also specialize in sustainability recruitment, so the willingness to be able to pivot and turn your hand to recruiting on Sustainability requirements when required.
  • Account Management of some existing customers, looking for opportunities to create further revenue opportunities
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract and retain top IT talent for our clients
  • Upkeep, build and utilise our ATS/CRM system accurately for recruiting
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor and providing exceptional customer service
  • Support and manage the bench of consultants, ensuring they are advocates of the business
  • Ensure high-quality service is provided to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
  • Build, Mentor, lead, and manage your own team of talent delivery executives (when we expand), providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, which includes reviewing new tools and support the implementation
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and share knowledge with the team via networking event channels
  • Ensure tracking of diversity with the talent we are deploying into customers



Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment in the IT industry
  • Flexibility to deliver both contract and permanent roles that have a high level of urgency.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies
  • Good knowledge and network of the skillsets we specialize in
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attentive and responsive internally & externally with the ability to think on your feet
  • Strong organisational, communication, and relationship building skills



Benefits
Weekly Operating Rhythm: 9am – 6pm UK time Monday - Friday

Location: Remote

Salary Range: R25 000 - R30 000
