Job description

This is a remote position.

I] BRAND MANAGEMENT

· Work with M&D teams (Insights, Portfolio, Comms, Brand Engagement, Digital and E-commerce) to set the priorities.

· Work with CPM and Commercial Planning teams to ensure the Marketing Strategy serves the overall business objectives.

· Define the marketing mix between offline & online with the Brand Marketing and Digital teams.

· Effective budget management.

· Deep dive into consumers research and insights to understand consumer needs, motivations & barriers and address them with relevant marketing solutions.

· Monitor business activities and KPIs.

· Analyze data, assess trends, and determine actions to optimize performance.

· Overlook the marketing plans and campaigns.

· Analyze current marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and potential for improvement.

· Oversee the creation and implementation of new initiatives based on business needs.

· Deploy content, campaigns, programs, initiatives, and projects across channels.

· Participate in the Consumer programs/Marketing & Digital team governance and provide input and recommendation to the overall Marketing and Digital short / long term plans as consumer value management and portfolio subject matter expert.


II] MARKETING COMMUNICATION

· Act as “brand guardian”, balance short term needs with long term brand positioning and leadership driving outstanding and innovative executions of the brand strategy both from a creative and executional point of view.

· Ensure deep understanding of all consumer segments to better address their needs, barriers, motivations, and triggers and pain points through relevant and credible messaging.

· Build brand communication strategies and develop a comprehensive messaging hierarchy for all consumer segments across all demographics, while leveraging opportunities to maximize the brand’s full potential.

· Design, develop and deploy all marketing and communication campaigns for all initiative types: Product, Consumer Programs, Channel specific initiatives, Engagement or Brand Equity initiatives.

· Design campaigns for a seamless integration of omni-channel campaigns across available touchpoints: Offline across Brand Retail, CDRs, Consumable Sellers; and online across iqos.com, 3rd party e-commerce, Paid Media, ECRM, social media.

· Work with all internal stakeholders in defining a yearly commercial comms plan.

· Manage Regional & HQ Stakeholders on affiliate communication priorities and concepts to get alignment for toolbox development, agreement for deployment and potential deviations required.

· Manage & work closely with the creative agency on commercial concept development to reach affiliate objectives. Brief and guide advertising agencies in the development of communication campaigns in line with identified brand issues and agreed objectives per channel



Requirements
has previous experience +7 years in marketing.
previous experience in FMCG. 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with industry trends and global marketing standards.
Willingness to adapt to fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus for working in diverse markets.
