About the job
As the Global Director of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and executing the brand strategy, positioning, messaging, and identity for Stravito. With your strategic and creative mindset, you will lead the development of compelling brand narratives and oversee the establishment of an in-house creative studio.
In this role, you will have use of your proven track record in brand management at B2B SaaS companies (ideally targeted towards an Enterprise audience), your deep understanding of market trends, and your ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. You will work in a remote-first setup, with your employment base in either the Netherlands or the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy and Positioning
Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with the company's vision, mission, and business objectives.
Own brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates Stravito in the market.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand strategy and identify opportunities for growth.
Brand Identity and Messaging
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Craft compelling brand stories and messaging that reflect the brand's values and personality.
Work with the Marketing, Design teams and external agencies to launch high-impact marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Creative Collaboration and Leadership
Collaborate with the Design team to create visually compelling and cohesive brand assets.
Establish and lead an in-house Creative Studio, including overseeing and optimizing the production of high-quality marketing materials, from concept to execution.
Ensure that all creative work aligns with the brand strategy and maintains a high standard of quality.
Lead the brand team and external agencies to develop engaging and relevant assets that support the brand strategy and drive customer engagement.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and other departments to ensure brand consistency across all communications.
Leadership and Team Development
Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the Brand team.
Set clear goals and performance metrics, and regularly review team performance.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
About you
Experience: 8+ years in brand and content marketing, with significant experience in B2B SaaS and a focus on enterprise audiences.
Leadership: Proven success building and leading teams, including in-house creative (design + content) or brand functions, while not being afraid to roll up their sleeves and getting hands-on (copywriting, editing, etc.)
Strategic vision: Expertise in developing and executing brand strategies that align with business goals and drive market differentiation.
Creativity: Strong creative acumen with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives and visuals.
Collaboration: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful cross-functional partnerships.
Market knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS industry dynamics and enterprise customer needs.
Results-driven: Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring the impact of brand initiatives.
Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a growth-focused mindset.
