Your mission
As our People & Culture Intern, you’ll take a pivotal role in enhancing our HR operations and nurturing a vibrant workplace culture. This full-time internship offers an opportunity to immerse yourself in everything from administrative HR processes to culture-driven initiatives, recruiting, and event planning. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll gain invaluable practical experience while leaving a tangible mark in an agile, fast-moving organization.
What You’ll Be Working On
HR Operations Support:
  • Oversee and execute daily HR activities, including preparing essential documents, managing data, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.
  • Assist in developing and refining clear policies that align with our values and meet compliance requirements.
Onboarding & Retention: 
  • Support a welcoming onboarding process that ensures new team members feel empowered and connected from day one.
  • Contribute to employee engagement programs to foster a motivated and fulfilled team.
Culture Development: 
  • Play a key role in cultivating a thriving, remote-first culture where every team member feels valued and connected.
  • Organize innovative team-building initiatives, plan engaging virtual events, and ensure meaningful interactions to strengthen team unity.
Talent Acquisiton:
  • Take an active part in recruitment efforts, delivering an exceptional experience to candidates from initial contact to final offer.
  • Help identify and engage talent who align with our culture and values, making every hire a perfect fit.

  • Nearing Graduation: You’re approaching the end of your studies in fields like HR, business, psychology, or law and are ready to take on a full-time internship. Some hands-on experience in HR operations is required.
  • Detail-Oriented Operator: You have a knack for details and love streamlining processes to create a solid foundation for team success.
  • Culture Champion: You’re passionate about fostering an inclusive and engaging work environment, particularly in a remote-first setting.
  • Excellent Communicator: You’re skilled at connecting with people, building trust, and addressing concerns effectively. Fluency in German and English is essential.
