We’re looking for a HRBP to join our team partnering with our Sales and Marketing Organizations at ServiceTitan. In this role, you’ll partner closely with managers and talent across our Go-to-Market teams as we focus on scaling the organizations. Achieving the extraordinary is critical to our success, but equally as important is the environment and culture in which the teams operate to achieve those results. The HRBP team plays a valuable role in supporting the business and the ideal candidate will contribute by being both hands-on and strategic . We are looking for someone who has been exposed to a fast paced environment supporting employee populations across the US and Canada primarily. While you’re not expected to have all the answers, you are expected to be curious, ask for help, and use excellent judgment. 


What you’ll do:

  • Coach and develop our managers to lead high-performing teams and grow our people.

  • Coach and advise managers and employees on a variety of components impacting employee experience, including performance management, people and team dynamics, rewards and recognition, and employee relations concerns.

  • Develop relationships while inspiring a culture of mutual accountability, constructive collaboration, and high quality execution.

  • Execute business practice/work process improvements to identify opportunities for leveraging and deploying our talent and ensure people-related initiatives have ROI that add to organizational value and output.

  • Partner with the broader People Ops team to roll out all key people processes around compensation reviews, benefits, and learning and development programs.

  • Be a trusted advisor and partner to ServiceTitan leaders on all people-related matters.


What you'll bring:

  • You are an experienced HR business partner with 5+ years of HR business experience, ideally with at least 3+ years of experience as an HR business partner in a scaling environment.

  • You have well-rounded experience with a variety of HR disciplines such as employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development.

  • You have strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence. You also are a dependable team player with a strong collaborative approach.

  • You have the ability to establish, foster, and maintain strong relationships across the organization at all levels.

  • You are adaptable, flexible, and understand how to achieve a balance between business goals with HR best practices.

  • You are comfortable in ambiguity and can pull relevant components out of complex situations to connect the dots and make sound decisions, but you know when to ask for help.

  • Prior experience supporting clients in Sales and Marketing organizations a plus.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $86,000 USD - $124,000 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
