If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing and exciting startup environment, then this
is the job for you! In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting the sales team by finding and
qualifying new business leads and suppliers. You'll play a pivotal role in growing our business
from day 1 and you'll be able to continuously share your ideas with us. What's more? You'll gain
practical experience and may have the opportunity to join our team full-time!
What You'll Do
As an HR Intern, you will assist the HR department with a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
● Assisting with onboarding new employees (preparing orientation materials, coordinating
training sessions)
● Maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate documentation
● Helping with employee engagement activities (surveys, events, recognition programs)
● Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
● Supporting HR compliance efforts (e.g., ensuring policies are followed, preparing reports)
● Contributing to special HR projects and initiatives as needed
● Providing general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
● A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
● Previous experience in HR or a related field is a plus, but not required
What You'll Need
Education: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (in
progress); Previous experience in HR or a related field is a plus, but not required
Languages: English written and spoken (French is a plus)
Software: Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Google Suite
