We are seeking a motivated IT Data Analytics enthusiast to join our end-to-end Storeroom Global team. As an IT Data Analyst Junior Manager, you will be responsible for the reporting area of our Smart Storeroom Digital Service, playing a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide meaningful insights that drive business decisions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you can contribute to our digitization journey by delivering accurate and actionable reports and visualizations.

As IT Data Analyst Junior Manager, you will

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product owners, and business analysts, to understand reporting requirements and data needs

  • Design, develop, and maintain data models, databases, and data integration processes to facilitate efficient and accurate reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
  • Develop and implement data visualization techniques, such as dashboards, reports, and interactive visualizations, to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and proactively investigate data quality issues
  • Document data analysis methodologies, data models, and reporting processes for future reference
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis and reporting processes, actively participating in team discussions and retrospectives

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (or Bachelors in any field and equivalent experience)
  • A first experience as Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in an IT or software development environment
  • Understanding of data analysis methodologies, statistical concepts, and data modeling principles
  • Data visualization tools knowledge (Power BI preferred)
  • Familiarity with Azure Cloud services / KNIME / SAP is a plus
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends in data analysis and reporting
