Talent Acquisition Partner, LATAM at Ingredion – Come create the Future!

As Talent Acquisition Partner, LATAM, you will be part of our incredible team of Talent Acquisition.

Being part of the global TA team, TA Partner LATAM will join a Centre of Excellence (CoE) responsible for building talent pipelines for the current and future staffing needs of the organization. With the focus on Mexico, and occasionally other countries of the region, he/she will have responsibility for ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates, while maintaining alignment with defined processes, use of key systems, tracking of metrics.

Location: Home Office in Guadalajara/Mexico

As part of the Talent Acquisition team, your role will be:

E2E Recruitment - Handle the full recruitment cycle: create job descriptions, source candidates, post jobs, network, develop interview strategies, gather feedback, negotiate offers, and manage preboarding.

Business Partnering - Build strong relationships with hiring managers and HR to attract top talent. Communicate effectively, provide great customer service, and stay updated on market trends to advise accordingly.

Candidate Management & Talent Pipelining - Use tools like social media and career fairs to find active and passive candidates. Build trust with candidates and represent the Ingredion brand. Coach hiring managers and HR partners to do the same.

Global TA Projects - Lead and support projects in Diversity & Inclusion, Candidate Experience, and Talent Acquisition Process Excellence.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment – ideally in-house environment;
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and social networks/ tools for sourcing and talent pooling;
  • Good English Speaker – for this role is important to deliver key messages in calls and in executive meetings.
  • This person will work remotely; however, they may be requested to be present in the office for in-person meetings.
