Position Overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our three entities (German GmbH, UK Ltd, and US Inc). This is a unique opportunity for a senior finance professional seeking a part-time role (3-4 days per week) with significant responsibility and international exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the financial operations across our three international entities in Germany, UK and US.

• Manage and oversee the Microsoft Dynamics ERP/Accounting system for all entities

• Perform consolidated accounting and reporting across international operations

• Supervise and consult with remote regional accounting teams to handle day-to-day bookkeeping

• Execute monthly reconciliations and closing procedures across all entities

• Manage international payment processes and cash flow

• Establish and maintain group-wide accounting policies and procedures

• Ensuring compliance with regulations and reporting requirements across US GAAP

• Oversee internal audit and external processes and maintain strong internal controls

• Develop and maintain budgeting and forecasting models

• Liaise with external accountants and advisors across jurisdictions

Required Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification: German Wirtschaftsprüfer (WP) or Steuerberater, preferably combined with US CPA or UK ACCA/ACA

• 7+ years of experience in international accounting and finance

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics and advanced Excel skills

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and German HGB accounting principles

• Excellent project management and leadership skills

• Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)

• Background in managing multi-entity consolidations

• Experience in developing and maintaining robust internal controls and compliance frameworks for international operations
