We’re looking for an Ops Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has experience coordinating production, fulfilment, and shipping. You’ll be at the centre of our operations, working closely with our vendors and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.

🌍 Coordinate production and order fulfilment with third-party vendors in China.
🔄 Track orders from production to delivery, addressing any issues promptly.
💼 Manage relationships with vendors, negotiating terms, timelines, and quality standards.
🚚 Plan and coordinate shipments from China to the U.S., ensuring timely delivery.
🔍 Oversee quality control, conducting product checks before shipping to the U.S.
📊 Maintain accurate records of orders, timelines, and any arising issues.
📈 Analyze operational performance data and generate reports for improvements.
💬 Collaborate with design and sales teams to align production schedules with forecasts.
⚙️ Identify inefficiencies in the supply chain and suggest improvements.
🌐 Work effectively with remote teams, primarily across EST time zones.
📝 Ensure compliance with international shipping and customs regulations.

Working Hours ⏰: The role is full-time, with working hours from 5AM to 2PM EST.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ Experience in logistics and operations, with on-demand manufacturing experience.

✅ Familiarity with working with U.S. companies and negotiating with vendors and factories in China.


Brownie points for:

⭐ Excel proficiency

⭐ Experience with Asana, Pipedrive, or Salesforce

⭐ Power BI or other reporting tools experience

⭐ B2+ English proficiency

You’re resourceful, detail-oriented, and have strong analytical skills. You communicate concisely and think strategically, always looking for ways to improve processes. You’re comfortable working with numbers and have a natural problem-solving ability that helps you tackle challenges head-on.
