We are looking for a Delivery Lead to join our team, to drive cross-functional initiatives for launching and scaling new network equipment, ensuring alignment, risk mitigation, and timely delivery across diverse stakeholders.

Position Title: Mid to Mid+ Delivery Lead

Location: Remote - Colombia

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Lead to join the Strategic Delivery Office and oversee the end-to-end process for launching new equipment in a communications company to support their products and services. This role will involve coordinating with diverse stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Planning, Finance, Supply Chain, Construction, and Back-End Systems to develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap. Your responsibilities include:

Serve as the program lead, managing the entire lifecycle of new equipment launches, from lab testing and certification to scaling across the company’s footprint.
Collaborate with and manage a network of 30+ stakeholders to align on objectives, dependencies, and priorities.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings with boundary partners to ensure program success, addressing requirements and aligning timelines.
Develop and maintain program artifacts, including roadmaps, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and status reports for senior leadership.
Identify potential roadblocks, assess risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met.
Work closely with a Business Analyst to gather requirements and document processes.
Foster high-quality discussions among stakeholders to drive decision-making and achieve program goals.
Maintain a proactive and action-oriented approach to program management, ensuring all activities are organized, achievable, and on schedule.

Familiarity with the telecom industry and network equipment processes is a plus.
