Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales/Estimating Assistant to support our estimating team with email outreach, data entry, and project research. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to managing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research using a third-party database to identify projects that meet company standards.
• Locate and verify necessary contact information for relevant projects.
• Send pre-written promotional emails to all identified contacts for each project.
• Maintain accurate records of sent emails and contact details.
• Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Gmail and basic online directory searches.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and efficiency.

Preferred Skills:

• Same time zone (CST) availability for smoother communication.
• Enjoys data entry and research tasks.
