Job description

We are seeking an experienced Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on making outbound calls to leads, setting appointments, and updating the system with relevant details. Closing deals will not be part of the role, as the client's internal team will handle the closing process.

Must Haves

Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a cold-calling or telemarketing role.
Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
Experience using Salesforce CRM for lead management is required.
Ability to handle rejection professionally and stay motivated.
Detail-oriented and capable of accurately recording information

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to provided leads to initiate conversations and set appointments.
Schedule appointments with potential clients for the sales team.
Accurately update and manage lead information in Salesforce CRM.
Maintain a professional and courteous approach during interactions.
Achieve daily and weekly call and appointment targets.

Job Timings: Night shift following US EST (Night Shift)
Office location: Off to Shahrah-e-Faisal, PECHS, Karachi

Regarding the remote, the candidate will arrange a separate workspace and the required gadgets (Laptop-Corei5 6th generation minimum, noise cancelling headphones, webcam, power backup)
