Position Summary
The IT Project Manager (PMO) will plan, establish, and manage information technology projects and will serve as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of assigned projects. The project manager identifies the project’s goals, objectives, and scope while maintaining the timeline, resources, and budget. Responsibilities of the IT Project Manager (PMO) will include the delivery of major projects related to the design, development and improvement of IT systems and services across FFF Enterprises.
In addition, the IT Project Manager (PMO) will support the Project Management Office (PMO) with all IT project communications, PMO processes, and IT project reporting. The IT Project Manager (PMO) will have experience working within a healthcare organization and background working with client/customer facing projects.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Identify, plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects to ensure project deliverables are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and within budget.
- Consult with internal and external stakeholders to define needs or problems and provides appropriate recommendations for possible solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with project resources, IT leadership, and vendors.
- Define, manage, and implement highly visible integration projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Coordinates with internal IT teams and external technology teams to ensure functional requirements are reflected in the final solution.
- Confer with project staff to outline work plans and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
- Build consensus among multiple projects leads relative to project scope, task execution, staffing, and issue resolution.
- Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
- Interact with project sponsors, stakeholders, and various project members to ensure that specified business needs are met; assist in the post-implementation analysis to ensure that requirements are fulfilled.
- Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws.

Qualifications
Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field of study; or four (4) years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Required Experience:
- Must have at least two (2) years [six (6) for non-degreed candidates] leading IT projects with the responsibility for creating the plan, coordinating resources, working within the budget, and verifying objectives are met.

- Scheduling and Time Management
- Risk Identification and Management
- Knowledge of IT Operations, Systems, or Infrastructure
- Knowledge of Project Management Office processes, communications, and reporting.
- Experience with business information systems or related areas.
- Thorough understanding of IT project management phases, techniques, and tools for managing multiple projects at once.
Preferred Experience:
- Five (5) years’ experience in a project management role.
- Experience with analytics and ERP projects.
Required Skills:
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Must be detailed oriented and have the proven ability to prioritize work.
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team.
- Must have sound decision-making abilities.
Professional Certification:
Project Management Professional (PMP) – Preferred.
Physical requirements
Vision, hearing, speech, and movements require the use of wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts to 50 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Must have the ability to travel occasionally. Working conditions include normal office and warehouse settings. After-hours support and weekend support as needed are requirements of the position.

Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service.
