Job description

We are looking 🔎 for a fantastic Technical Support Representative to join our team and assist our partner in the US. 🇺🇸

What you'll be doing?
  • 🔶 Provide expert technical support to enterprise-level end users, acting as an escalation point for complex Level 1 issues, and ensure timely resolution of escalated tickets using ConnectWise Manage.
  • 🔶 Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Azure AVD environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network systems, while adhering to best practices in cybersecurity and cloud security.
  • 🔶 Conduct system maintenance, perform technology upgrades, and research new IT solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
  • 🔶 Mentor and train technicians, facilitate knowledge sharing, and create comprehensive documentation, including incident logs and technical specifications.
  • 🔶 Collaborate with internal teams to support desktops, servers, cloud environments, and implement IT projects, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies.
  • 🔶 Deliver excellent customer service by troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting PC, MAC, iOS, and Android systems, and managing multiple tickets and projects with professionalism.

  • About You
  • 👤 Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows 10, Microsoft 365, Server operating systems, Active Directory, and Azure cloud solutions
  • 👤 Proficiency in troubleshooting and managing hardware/software systems, including PCs, MACs, iOS, Android devices, and network topologies like VPN and remote connections.
  • 👤 Familiarity with IT tools such as VMware ESXi, ConnectWise Manage, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager, along with knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
  • 👤 Demonstrated ability to document technical processes, create knowledge articles, and communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • 👤 Experience in team-oriented environments, with the ability to mentor technicians, manage multiple projects, and maintain a collaborative mindset.
  • 👤 Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, combined with a positive attitude and the ability to perform under pressure.
