As a Lead Software Engineer at InMoment, you will lead a dynamic team of developers, driving the development of our cutting-edge customer experience software solutions. WHO YOU ARE


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a hands-on technical leadership role.

  • Proficient in Microsoft C#/.Net Core and Framework, and Angular/Typescript are required.

  • Familiarity with other programming languages such as Java, Python or JavaScript is desirable.

  • Extensive experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ or other message queuing systems is highly desirable.

  • Experience with Databricks is a plus.

  • Experience with AWS services including S3, Transfer for SFTP, EKS/Kubernetes, and serverless technologies such as Lambda and Step Functions is highly desirable.

  • Experience with other cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex software development projects.

  • Strong communication skills, capable of effectively leading a team and collaborating with various stakeholders.



WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Lead a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship to ensure professional growth and project success.

  • Drive the architecture, design, and development of software solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and maintenance to deliver high-quality software.

  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and other stakeholders to define product visions and translate them into actionable development plans.

  • Monitor project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and emerging trends into the development process.
