How You’ll Make an Impact:

You’ll own the accounting and reporting functions, producing timely, accurate financials and overseeing day-to-day transaction processing. This role combines operational execution with strategic support for the CFO. Key responsibilities include:

Preparing monthly and ad hoc financial reports for management and stakeholders.

Ensuring compliance with GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition.

Managing relationships with external auditors, accountants, and third-party vendors.

Reviewing contracts for revenue recognition compliance.

Leading billing, accounts payable, cash forecasting, and month/year-end close processes.

Establishing internal controls and improving processes with automation tools.

Performing ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decisions.

What You Bring:

Experience: 5+ years as an Accounting Manager or Controller, ideally in software or professional services.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.

Expertise: Proficiency in GAAP and ASC 606, with a knack for applying these frameworks to complex transactions.

Tech Savvy: Skilled in QuickBooks, ADP, Stripe, and Bill.com, plus advanced Excel abilities.

Detail-Oriented: Accuracy and organization are your superpowers.

Collaborative Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional approach.

Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
