Job Summary: The Test Engineer designs and implements software based, automated test systems which collect, record, and report data on a device under test (DUT). The test engineer primarily develops software to interact with RF Test Equipment in an object-oriented programming environment.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Design and maintain software in C# using an object-oriented approach.
Write modular, reusable code using well-constructed software functions.
Work with cross functional team to determine test stand requirements, including required test equipment, custom hardware as needed.
Be well versed in National Instruments VISA Driver and toolset, and the IVI.
Be familiar with Test Equipment such as Keysight Vector Network Analyzers (PNA Series, ENA Series), Spectrum Analyzers (PXA Series), Power Supplies, and Oscilloscopes.
Be familiar with computer communication interfaces such as USB, Ethernet, Serial Port, and GPIB.
Be familiar with common RF performance specs such as Gain, P1dB, Noise Figure, IP2, IP3.
Be familiar with revision control tools such as GIT.
Ability to write technical reports and communicate with engineers, production personnel and customers.
Provide user training and support where appropriate.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering
Experience Years: 1-10
Experience Type: Test Automation Systems Development, embedded systems development OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Hybrid, with travel to Marlborough MA, and Philadelphia, PA as needed up to 25%
