Job description

Value Creation:

·     Identify opportunities where Data Analytics can drive measurable business value, focusing on revenue growth and cost reduction.

·     Own accountability for delivery of local Data Analytics value creation targets.

·     Quantify & validate tangible benefits of proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.

·     Champion data-driven decision-making within the business by demonstrating the impact of Data Analytics initiatives.

Communication & Stakeholder Engagement:

·     Build trust and credibility with local stakeholders through clear, concise and transparent communication on the progress and impact of ongoing initiatives.

·     Present value-driven insight and solutions in a manner tailored to business leaders, highlighting their practical benefits.

·     Act as primary local liaison for Data Analytics, fostering collaboration and ensuring the business understand the potential of Data Analytics solutions.

·     Develop and maintain strong relationship with Business stakeholders to create alignment and drive adoption of data-driven solutions.

Prioritize and coordinate:

·     Work closely with Data Analytics execution teams to coordinate and ensure seamless delivery of locally prioritized initiatives.

·     Align deliverable with strategic business objectives by continuously evaluating prioritize and updating execution plans as necessary.

·     Schedule and leader regular meeting with business stakeholder to provide updates on ongoing projects, recalibrate prioritize, and address challenges.

·     Ensure a streamlined approach to balancing local business needs with broader Analytical Innovation:

·     Conceptualize data-driven solution to address critical business challenges and unlock opportunities for growth.

·     Proactively propose innovative analytical solutions tailored to business needs, leveraging team capabilities to deliver value.

·     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute complex analytics projects, ensuring solutions are scalable and impactful.

·     Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by staying informed on emerging analytical trends and best practice. 

Team Development:

·     Develop and strengthen local data analytics talent by providing coaching, mentorship and opportunities to address critical business challenges, ensuring the team delivers measurable value.

Assume line manger responsibilities (if required) focusing on building a high-performing local team aligned with business priorities and equipped to drive impactful results.
