Primary Purpose

This position will support VaxTRIALS, an Emmes Company. VaxTRIALS, as the Latin American expert CRO. This position will be responsible for the HR Services activities and initiatives for all Collaborators, related to payroll and third parties’ payments, benefits administration, occupational health, onboarding, and offboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Administrate and complete all collaborator´s HR Data in HR System and guarantee quality and updated information.
  • Administrate and execute the payroll and third parties’ fees process according to the agreed contracts and company policies and SOPs.
  • Administrate the Benefits program for all collaborators.
  • Advise People Managers on issues related to best practices in Human Resources management such as, management of labor relations, disciplinary actions, Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and guidance to company staff related to payroll, benefits and HR policies and SOPs.
  • Manage and carry out social security affiliations.
  • Record and control rest days and/or vacations.
  • Execute the onboarding and offboarding processes, to guarantee a proper experience of each collaborator.
  • Lead, implement and manage the HSE program.
  • Keep updated the digital and physical files and documentation of each collaborator according to legal guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Engineering, Accounting, Business administration or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR similar roles (payroll, benefits administration, HR Services).
  • Understanding of labor laws.
  • Knowledge in payroll of Colombia and/or Panama. Desirable other countries in LATAM.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
  • Proficient in Office (Excel, Word, PPT); knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
  • English absolute minimum level for the job: Upper Intermediate (B2).
