Senior Software Quality Consultant

requires a deep understanding of quality assurance processes, enterprise systems, and the ability to manage complex projects and infrastructures. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quality assurance management and enterprise consulting, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Leadership:

• Lead quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
• Coordinate and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to identify and resolve any possible defect(s).

Enterprise Consulting:

• Provide expert consultancy to enterprise clients on electronic notebook adoption and the corresponding quality assurance best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Oversee technical documentation writing, validation, and execution.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement industry best practices and innovative solutions to drive process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and senior management to provide updates and insights.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices.

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in quality assurance and enterprise consulting.
• Implement and maintain quality management systems to ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Education: Scientific or Computer Science Bachelor degree. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in electronic notebook consulting, with at least 5 years in R&D software experience in the pharmaceutical and drug discovery industry. She/he must possess a deep understanding of both the scientific and technological aspects of drug development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise systems and software development lifecycle.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
