We’re now looking for a Global Client Director to be responsible for generating revenue through sales of GP Strategies Leadership and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) line of solutions. They will additionally work across GP segments and practices, collaborate with other GP Strategies team members to broaden conversations with clients and drive additional global revenue opportunities.

Based in the UK, this role can be undertaken on a fully remote basis.

Job Summary

The role holder will have demonstrated EMEA & US Market Expertise in Leadership and DEI with deep knowledge of local market trends, regulations, and client needs specific to the regions and will act as strategic sales orchestrator for a named list of US and EMEA based global clients.

  • Develop an annual business development plan for the designated geographic territories that details account growth strategy, new business strategy and how quota will be achieved.
  • Drive and leverage competitive research to understand competitive market factors and competitors.
  • Build and executes regional campaigns aligned to the annual plan to drive sales.
  • Bring an existing portfolio of US and EMEA based clients for introduction to GP’s Leadership and DEI solutions
  • Achieve revenue targets of minimum £2m via sales of GP leadership and DEI products, services and solutions while expanding the use of other GP product lines/offerings in assigned global accounts.
  • Interact with senior executives and key contacts within target accounts to both build rapport and understand their key business/leadership and talent development needs.
  • Develop and maintain senior level relationships with ease while developing relationships with influencers and stakeholders throughout client organizations.
  • Lead client relationship management, building relevance and trust while ensuring an extreme focus on client initiatives and GP’s successful execution of client engagements.
  • Partner across internal business units to achieve the highest level of value to the client and drive growth.
  • Display a complete understanding of and ability to articulate GP's capabilities, offerings, and value proposition for all GP operating groups.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecast and annual business plan updates.
  • Exceed the needs of the client while balancing internal organizational standards.
  • Partner with GP Strategies resources to support operational execution of new sales in existing accounts.
  • Support larger organizational initiatives to expand the business and drive client excellence.
  • Demonstrate global expertise and sensitivity to cultural differences.
  • Drive enterprise-wide, multi-year engagements in excess of £1m annually.

Qualifications

Degree educated in a related field, you’ll have previous experience of Leadership Development, DEI and L&D sales with demonstrated revenue in excess of £2m annually over a consecutive period of time.

  • Clear communicator with strong presentation skills.
