Job description

At Carrum, we live and breathe the mission of transforming the healthcare system to create an unmatched experience for patients. If you are passionate about changing healthcare and want to finally get rid of surprise bills, poor quality, and high prices, while thriving in an entrepreneurial, cutting-edge environment, we would love to connect with you.

In 2014 Carrum reinvented the Center of Excellence (CoE) category in digital health. We are the only company in this space with a digital platform and mobile app powering this novel marketplace. Today, most of the US population lives within a 3 hour driving distance of a Carrum CoE and our providers rank in the top 10% nationally. Our team’s execution has been recognized by the venture community and we’ve raised more than $50M in aggregate from investors like Tiger Global Management and Wildcat Ventures. Our impact has been externally proven in a 2021 RAND Corporation study and featured as a Harvard Business School (HBS) case study.

Carrum Health is seeking a skilled and strategic Partner Marketing Manager to support our growth and expand our influence our strategic partners and the benefits consultant community. As Partner Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with marketing, consultant, and partner sales leadership to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that engage our consultant network and partner book of business.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of developing and launching marketing initiatives designed to resonate with our consultant and partner target audiences. You’ll leverage a variety of channels—including email, social media, paid advertising, and webinars—to amplify Carrum’s presence and build stronger connections within these key segments. You’ll work cross-functionally with our consultant and partner sales teams, demand generation, partner marketing, and sales enablement teams to create and deploy campaigns that foster meaningful engagement and deliver measurable results.

This is a full time position, the salary range for this role is $105,000 - $125,000 plus bonus, depending on level of experience and geographic location.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Strategy & Campaign Development: Partner with consultant and partner sales leadership to define and develop marketing strategies that align with Carrum’s goals and resonate with benefits consultants and strategic partners.
  • Content Creation & Collateral Management: Lead the creation and management of compelling marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring they are tailored to the specific needs of our target audiences.
  • Channel Promotion: Employ multiple channels, including email, social media, paid advertising, and webinars, to promote Carrum’s solutions to consultants and partners effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic liaison between marketing, consultant sales, partner sales, demand generation, content marketing and sales enablement teams to ensure unified campaign execution.
  • Campaign Analytics & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, assess results, and make data-driven decisions to continuously optimize engagement and impact.
  • Partner Relationship Building: Work closely with partner sales team to build and nurture relationships with strategic partners, understand their needs, and tailor campaigns that drive mutual growth.

We’re excited about you because…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, partner marketing, or channel marketing, with a focus on the healthcare, benefits, or consulting sectors.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deliverables.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing strategies, including email, social media, paid advertising, and webinar promotion.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.
  • Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, with a track record of successfully driving complex projects from concept to execution.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and metrics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness.

Why you’ll love working with us...

  • We’re a hard-working, humble, and compassionate group motivated to solve the hard problems in healthcare today. You’ll work with talented, experienced co-workers from companies like Booz & Company, Livongo, 98point6, Google, and Optum. We believe in using data to inform decisions, technology to make our jobs easier, and creative thinking to pave the future.
  • We are working with some of the most recognized and esteemed names in the country. Top hospitals like Johns Hopkins, Mayo Clinic, Stanford Health Care, Scripps Health, and Rush Health have joined our platform. Employers who use our benefit include Walgreens, US Foods, United Airlines, and large public sector organizations like the self-insured schools of California, and the State of Maine.
  • We empower team members to be autonomous and provide a collaborative environment where you get support and healthy feedback. You can bring your authentic self to work every day and are encouraged to help others do the same.
  • We carve out time to let go of work to celebrate our successes and have fun. We’re all working remotely right now, but prior to the pandemic a few of the monthly activities we enjoyed included group dinners, bowling, and hiking.
