  • Collaborate closely with Business Technology (BT), marketing, and product teams to align platform capabilities with business and enterprise digital transformation goals.
  • Leverage Adobe Experience Cloud, Vercel, and other marketing technologies to optimize the digital experience and support the scalability of the platform.
  • Present platform strategies and results to senior leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, impactful communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement in platform performance, agile development processes, and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
  • Ensure the platform supports seamless customer onboarding, engagement, and enterprise go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management and digital transformation, with at least 5 years managing enterprise-level web platforms and ecosystems.
  • Proven expertise in integrating identity solutions into digital platforms, with a focus on driving customer-centric experiences.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud and developer platforms like Vercel or Heroku, with solid technical knowledge.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including platform, engineering, QA, and marketing technology.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working closely with Business Technology (BT), Marketing Operations, and other enterprise stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities, with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
