⚙️ What you can help with

• SEO Diagnosis & Strategy: Conduct in-depth analyses to uncover the root causes of traffic and ranking declines.
• Developing Recovery Strategies: Create actionable plans to address technical, content, and backlink issues while identifying growth opportunities.
• Insights & Best Practices: Share expertise on overlooked areas, industry best practices, and long-term SEO strategies tailored to our needs.
• Performance Optimization: Advise on technical SEO, site structure, and local SEO improvements, ensuring alignment with recent algorithm updates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Growth, Marketing, and Tech teams to implement changes and monitor progress.

🦺 We are looking for someone who

Required:

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including diagnosing and resolving traffic and ranking declines.
• Expertise in local SEO, on-page optimization, backlink strategies, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Familiarity with recent Google algorithm updates and their potential impacts.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to clearly articulate findings and recommendations.

Preferred:

• Proven experience recovering traffic and rankings for content-heavy or local-focused websites.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms like Webflow or JavaScript-based frameworks like Astro.
• Experience in regional or service-based search optimization.

• Technical Requirements: Reliable laptop (16GB RAM, Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5, or M1 processor), Chrome browser, stable internet (10mbps upload, 20mbps download), noise-canceling headset, power backup (250-300W UPS), and daily data access (up to 7.5GB for outages).
