What You’ll Do
- Candidates with clinical credentials (PA, NP) and/or doctoral degree as either a Physician (MD or DO) or a Pharmacist (PharmD) preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a direct patient care role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare data analytics concepts and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working within consumer-facing digital health, health-tech and/or B2B digital health organizations with familiarity of healthcare data analytics platforms or tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and requirements.
- Experience in healthcare consulting or client-facing roles.
What We’re Looking For
- Serve as the interface between RVO Health’s Medical Affairs team and the product teams of the specific business verticals and reports to the Chief Medical Officer.
- Provide expert clinical guidance and support to product managers within the various RVO Health business verticals.
- Collaborate with product teams to define and refine the suite of RVO Health products that are part of the various platforms.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our clinical support processes and resources.
- Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure clinical validity and accuracy for AI-enabled, user-facing, content and recommendations.
- Serve as the primary liaison for clinical inquiries from client clinical leadership, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Collaborate with external subject matter experts and internal product and data teams to ensure clinical validity of product features and enhancements.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in healthcare delivery and data analytics, and share insights with internal teams.
- Assist in the development of educational materials and resources to support client training and ongoing utilization of the platform
Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Starting Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 (plus stock options potential)
