Job description

Join the Messaging Platform Group at HubSpot to be a part of a team that builds essential infrastructure and reusable components to power messaging across all aspects of the HubSpot product. Our work is crucial, as we send billions of emails every month through our flagship email marketing product and by enabling customers to connect their personal inboxes to our CRM. In the past year, we have expanded our offerings to include support for WhatsApp and SMS, allowing users to stay connected to their customers through their preferred channels.

Sending messages at such a massive scale requires expertise and collaboration. You will work with many talented engineers, product managers, designers, and deliverability experts. Together, we strive to build a platform that our customers can trust.

Within the Messaging Platform group, the Connected Email Platform team ensures that the 1:1 email experience seamlessly integrates into the HubSpot ecosystem to delight our customers and internal partners. Our team is responsible for core functionality such as logging emails into the CRM timeline, tracking opens and clicks, handling attachments, and managing email events. As a result, our customers can rely on the consistency and efficiency of their email communications, allowing them to focus on building and maintaining meaningful connections with their audiences.
